Pick Me Up Matcha
The perfect 3pm 'pick me up' to re-focus for the rest of the day, support mental clarify.
Ingredients

1-2 brain capsules

1 tsp matcha powder

1 Tbsp hot water

200mL milk of your choice (e.g. almond, coconut, oat, soy)

Sweetener of your choice (stevia, maple syrup, honey)

Method
  1. Open brain capsule/s and tip contents into a drinking cup. Add matcha. Add boiling water and mix together using a matcha whisk or spoon until combined.
  2. Heat and froth milk using a milk a steamer, or in a pot.
  3. Add milk to matcha mushroom mixture and get ready to focus!
