Functional Gingerbread Smoothie

The ultimate Christmas morning breakfast to set you up for a day full of socialising, eating and being merry! Brimming with spices and nutrients from the tasty whole food ingredients and functional mushrooms.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 serve vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp cashew or nut butter
½ tsp ground ginger
Generous pinch of cinnamon and mixed spice
1 serve functional mushrooms (AM or PM Blend)
⅓-½ cup milk (e.g. oat, almond, soy, coconut)
Gingerbread cookies
Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. It might take a bit of shaking and more or less milk to get the consistency right - so start with less and add to find your perfect thickness.
