    Solid block

    It's supposed to be in powder form, correct? My wife got a solid block and in an attempt to break it up she hit a silica gel pack that burst and contaminated the contents. The Health 2000 store in Westfield Riccarton got a replacement from the supplier. My wife opened the new container and it was again, a solid block. She will try one more time.
