How To Take

Directions

Unfortunately no improvements noted

I feel awful posting a negative review but this stuff is expensive so I want to be honest. The AM is much easier to take than the PM, I just mix it into my morning coffee. The PM really needs to be taken alone with hot water as the taste overpowers anything I’d usually have at night. I have not noticed any improvements in the way I feel or sleep. I will finish up this batch and will update my review if I see any changes, but at this point I cannot recommend it.
