    Great stuff

    Haven’t got on to drinking it on its own yet but i put it in a decaf coffee, or milo at night. I am having deeper sleeps and falling asleep quicker. It usually takes me a bit of tossing and turning before I fall asleep, but finding myself falling asleep on the side I don’t fall asleep on ie I’m not turning over at all!
