So far so good. I reckon it took a few days to recognise any obvious changes. Two notable changes for me were the quality of sleep, it’s like I tapped into R.E.M quicker or had more of a deeper sleep. The second change has been my mood, I feel more relaxed and settled, almost as if any anxiety I was harbouring has dissipated. Will definitely purchase again.
