We started adding mushrooms to our coffee while overseas to offset some of the downsides of caffeine, including jitters, acidity, and disrupted digestion.
Also it was delicious. Now we can make our own at home.
Ingredients
Coffee
1 Tsp AM blend
Hot water (to dissolve)
Oat milk
Ice
Method
- Pour a little hot water over mushroom powder just to dissolve
- Add coffee and mushroom concentrate to a tall glass of ice
- Pour over oat milk or milk of your choice, Enjoy!
